Broke protective housing on outside electrical plug. Not tell me. Phoned and was told to replace and will reimburse for part.
Correct response I believe should be I will come and fix it tomorrow. I have amended my rating because the owner contacted me and said that he has talked to his crew and has rectified the problem.
He did excellent work at a good price.

Our old Hamilton home had wooden soffit and fascia and badly deteriorated shingles on the gable walls. It was in real need of some TLC and Montenegro Aluminum gave it plenty of love, installing alumimum soffit, fascia, gutters and vinyl siding. I couldn't be happier with the entire process and outcome.
Nathan talked me through my options, listened to my concerns, and came up with a fair price that was way better than the big, full-serve contractors.
I've done a bit of roofing myself and was very impressed by their skills reaching difficult spots and dealing with the geometry of an aging brick house. They went over-and-above to make sure everything that needed doing got done, including some changes to the original work order based on issues found once the work was under way.

Nathan and his crew did an excellent job removing all the rotten wood around our window frames. It was then capped with aluminum. The front of the house look cleaned and new now.
