Broke protective housing on outside electrical plug. Not tell me. Phoned and was told to replace and will reimburse for part. Correct response I believe should be I will come and fix it tomorrow. I have amended my rating because the owner contacted me and said that he has talked to his crew and has rectified the problem. He did excellent work at a good price.
