Bought Air Conditioner that was installed Backwards and exposed wiring

Reported to CES the situation mentioned above no one did anything about it. The salesperson and manager completely ignored my concerns as if my hard earned cash was nothing. I even requested that some one come to corrected their mistake. The resident specialist said he would do that only if I pay upfront $350 and give up all the rights to any warrantee offered. To date the unit is still sitting there backwards and not even in the correct location. I am still without an ac and $2400.
It more than a year now . Actually the resident specialist was very rude and sales has never replied to any of my phone call.
