Reported to CES the situation mentioned above no one did anything about it. The salesperson and manager completely ignored my concerns as if my hard earned cash was nothing. I even requested that some one come to corrected their mistake. The resident specialist said he would do that only if I pay upfront $350 and give up all the rights to any warrantee offered. To date the unit is still sitting there backwards and not even in the correct location. I am still without an ac and $2400. It more than a year now . Actually the resident specialist was very rude and sales has never replied to any of my phone call.
