Any time i talk with Russ ( Owner/Operator at Citadel Mechanical ) he is honest, thorough in his explanation, does what he says, and takes alot of pride in what he does. He knows his industry and his product knowledge is through the roof. Every Citadel employee have been friendly, understanding , respectful and very professional. I have 100% confidence in his company. I highly recommend.

Russ and his crew from Citadel Mechanical were asked to install a natural gas line line to our deck for a natural gas bbq. The work was completed in a timely manner. When the gas inspector did his inspection he said it was quality work and he was not surprised knowing Citadel Mechanical did the job that it would be quality work and well done!

Very happy with this service! We recently lost a pet and won’t be getting another anytime soon so we thought it would be a good time to get the ducts cleaned. We also got a new air intake put into our basement to help save on our bills throughout the summer. The workers came and did it all quite quickly - they left the house cleaner than when they came and were very considerate of my small child and their nap schedule :) What more could you ask for!
