Tommy and Abraham were the awesome dynamic duo that turned our kitchen into a beautiful, completed space with the great job they did installing white subway tiles as a clean, modern backsplash. From the very beginning, they showed what a professional, hardworking, and reliable team they were. They made themselves available on the very day we moved into our new home, ensuring we would have a backsplash from day 1 in our new place. They worked long hours so we could have our kitchen completed as soon as possible. Both were very knowledgeable, educating me on things I didn’t know about completing the space, but also kept communication with us, the clients, open, always listening to our input. I made the mistake of choosing a grout colour I ended up not liking, but by the time I realized, the entire kitchen was already done; Abraham and Tommy did not hesitate to change it to the colour I wanted, even when I tried to say it was okay. Even after spending all that time completing the grout, instead of complaining or giving me a hard time, they were the ones who pushed me to get what I want, saying it was me who’d need to live with that kitchen and so would need to be 100% satisfied with the final product. They removed the grout, redid it without hesitation, and reassured me that the hiccup was okay — that is exceptional customer service. Not only do we now have a completed, beautiful kitchen, the process in which we got it was a great experience — we have Tommy and Abraham to thank for that. Thank you!
