They replaced 17 windows and and 6 entry doors on our 100+ year old farmhouse. Plus they replaced 5 doors on another farmhouse.
Their communication was impeccable and they always returned calls very quickly and their written quotes were easy to understand and very detailed. They worked well with the contractor renovating the house and we would highly recommend them! They were clean and tidy and we are very happy with their service and would use them again.

I was looking to replace 12 windows, including three in my basement and a sliding patio door, that were approximately 40 years old. This work needed to be done within a certain time frame, and I was struggling to find that guarantee with some of the other quotes I had received. Chase Masters was not only able to ensure that the work was done on time, but he was also able to offer me a better offer. Not only was Chase true to his word, but his craftsmanship is impeccable. He used a stunning boarder which was caulked beautifully both inside and out, and the finished look has definitely improved the overall appearance of my home. Chase cleaned up all debris and removed old materials. Over the course of my dealings with Chase, he demonstrated great communication and always in a timely fashion. I have no doubt that I will use Masters Windows and Doors for my future home improvements and would be happy to give Chase and his company a 10 out of 10 rating. Chase came promptly to give us an estimate to replace a door side light that was broken by a baseball. The quote was reasonable and he was patient in answering all of my questions. He was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and we appreciate the quality of the install.

Highly Recommend! After speaking to and getting quotes from several window companies we settled with Masters Windows as we found Mike to be a great guy to deal with. He made changes to our quotes and our project several times and made sure we were satisfied. The suggestions given by them to save on cost was also appreciated. When Chase and his crew came for the install they did the project on time and as scheduled. Even after running into a snag they did not walk away but provided a solution and acted on it. Their quote was very competitive and everyone that came was respectful and delivered on their word. Customer service is missing in many trades but not with these guys

I highly recommend this company, Chase and his crew member were great. They installed and finished off the casing around a sliding glass door I had installed. They were fast, punctual, and cleaned up after the job was done. The price was reasonable and they did great work!

Chase and his crew are incredible they are on time , reliable, trustworthy clean up after themselves and stand by there work

Chase came out to give me a quote to replace my Sliding Screen Door because the screw in the plastic slider at the bottom of the door was not holding and the door would rock back and forth and eventually come off the tracks. I had called a few companies to replace the slider and they said I needed a new sliding door.
After he looked at it he said he can fix it and got his drill and adjusted the screws on the door and now it works very well. Best of all he did not charge me for his service. Honest guy.
