I have a 170 year old log cabin, and right from the start, Rick and Chase understood the challenges involved with upgrading my doors and windows while still maintaining the integrity of the structure. I could not be more happy with the installation and final result. My experience with Masters Windows and Doors was incredibly positive and I would highly recommend. Great communications from first contact with Chance to visit from representative Mike for an estimate. We were ready to order an exterior door for our solarium. Mike looked at the existing door thoroughly and told us that the door was not our problem. He pointed out some items on the door sill to me and made some suggestions that he thought might address the problem. After he left I followed his advice and based on the rain we had today, there was no problem! If he said buy a door I would have! I really appreciate honesty and hands down I would call Masters Windows and Doors if I needed to replace what they sell. Thank you very much, Mike!

Masters Windows and Doors installed a North Star patio door with interior blinds, did a fantastic job, the finishing both inside and out looks amazing! Because I was having severe leaking from old door into basement when rained Chase assured me they would install asap and address that problem, and they did! I found them professional, courteous, providing outstanding service! Highly recommend this company.

All new windows for the house. Masters had great pricing, estimated delivery was correct, installation date was 100% accurate. Chase went out of his way to ensure installation date remained the same after he noticed a piece missing when he took delivery of the windows the week before, he still made it happen! Chase and team will go out of there way to ensure the windows are done with care and precision, no detail left unturned. Chase worked really hard to ensure our large 2 storey great room window looked perfect with new arch trim which was a big challenge. Everything went exactly to plan and the craftsmanship of the install was impeccable! AAA++++++++

We needed a new front door. The old one leaked, and you could see daylight through the frame.
