Total Care Moving

I am so happy that I went with this company. I had a great feeling from when I first spoke with Jenna. Then I went online and did my research and their reviews matched the customer service I recieved. The movers were incredible. I had a lot of stuff and I was worried that it wouldn't all fit onto one truck and that we would have to go back. I don't know how they did it but they loaded that truck so tightly and fit every last item in. There were no damages to anything. This company was worth every penny. I strongly recommend using them for anyone that needs to move.

Total Care was recommended to me by one of my friends that used them. They were very happy with them and we were as well. I did look into a few other quotes and companies but still decided that they were the best fit for me. I really appreciated that they took the time to go over the quote with me and explain in detail how it all worked. I moved from Montreal to Toronto and im very happy with Total Care Moving . They did a great job wraping and loading things very carefully and the ofload was very good to . If i plan to move again ill absolutely take this company again . It has very good employes . In less words im very satisfied . I will recommend to you all if you want to move .

I highly recommend these guys. Amazing work, great crew. They are very experienced. They warped everything in the house. Came on time and was very friendly. Definitely hire them they won't disappoint.

Had to move back home from my condo rental in Toronto. It was a last minute decision and not something I wanted to do but TCM accommodated on pretty short notice and made the move as simple and headache free as possible... which I really really appreciated. The individuals I worked with over the phone and the movers in person were on time/prompt, super friendly and fair with the price. I am very happy with the service I got (it was about the only good thing about the move lol) and would recommend. Thanks again guys

Apart from an initial communication issue regarding start time, we had a great experience with Total care moving. They were efficient , hard working , and careful with all our belongings. After a horrible experience with another moving company, this was a refreshing change. The guys were all very nice, and considerate of the fact we had two small children around them while moving (they didn’t swear, they even played around a bit with our oldest daughter which was very sweet).
Overall , super pleased with this experience and will be using Total care moving again for our next move.

When we bought our first home in Ottawa we were faced with the daunting challenge of moving a family of four from Kingston to Ottawa in the midst of a global pandemic. Given the distance and being unable to rally our friends to help we looked online and were contacted by Total Care to discuss our options and quotes. The staff were friendly, clear with expectations, and open to help with anything we needed, including saving me from myself by recommending a larger vehicle after seeing what we actually owned.

When moving day came our crew of 5 was punctual, fast, and took great care with our possessions from the moment they picked them up until they placed them down. We had fun conversations with them while they worked incredibly hard to get the job done. It was an absolutely exceptional experience from start to finish, and I couldn't be happier to recommend them. Great price, incredible value. Book with them and you won't be disappointed.
