Overall satisfied, there were some minor kinks along the way as my project was not very straight forward, but they were very professional and responsive in sorting things out and making sure everything is done to satisfaction.

They provide a detailed and well written proposal so you know exactly what to expect, once started they get the job done before you know it, credible and reliable services, overall v.recommended.

Overall very stressful experience.

These guys are not cheap, they are more expensive than many others and I thought by paying their high costs that I will have a seamless experience and peace of mind, it turned out that it's anything but that. At every stage there were issues, I would ignore and give them the benefit of the doubt. They took wrong measurements and it took them 3 weeks to fix it, and when they did fix it they just left the excavated soil on my property, dumbing it on top of my mint garden and other garden boxes (which were empty but still). They didn't mention anything about it they just left and I discovered it later.

They lose a star for making it as if they are doing you a favor for your business; another star for wrong measurements and another star for secretly leaving excavated material on my property.

They take a star for having a detailed and well written proposal and another star for doing the minimum they are supposed to.

Would I recommend them? well, if there is no one else, or if you will literally keep an eye on them all time to make sure they do things right, and you don't mind a bit of a headache.
