Saving Plumbing

I recently contacted Saving Plumbing to unclog my kitchen sink's drain. The plumber arrived on the first day and attempted to clear the blockage, but due to its severity, he had to return the following day. During his second visit, the plumber had to cut the pipe to access the blockage, which required a cut in the drywall ceiling. Once the problem was resolved, the plumber cleaned up the mess, though I had to do a bit of cleaning myself. Overall, I was satisfied with the job done and the price charged. I would definitely recommend Saving Plumbing for any plumbing needs.

I called Saving Plumbing on Saturday because the hot water tank was leaking. Although they were not able to come on Saturday, they scheduled the visit for Tuesday. Nick came on time; checked the site and it was clear that the tank needed to be replaced. We discussed options and the hot water tank got replaced in the afternoon. Nick was polite, knowledgeable and careful. Happy to recommend him!

Sloppy work and argue to rectify them, and then charge to fix their own mistakes.Buyer beware they under quote then create hidden costs for everything.

WE WANTED TO FROM A THREE HANDLE TO A ONE HANDLE. IT'S $50 JUST FOR HIM TO SHOW UP. HE SAID HE COULDN'T DO IT THE WAY WE WANTED BECAUSE OF OUR TILES AND HE WOULD HAVE TO CUT SOME OF THE TILES OUT AND THERE WOULD AN OPENING LEFT IN THE SHOWER AND IN THE BACK. HE ALSO SAID THERE WOULD BE A MESS FROM CUTTING THE TILES. HE CAME THE NEXT DAY TO DO IT. HE DID MAKE A BIG MESS WHICH HE DIDN'T OFFER TO VACCUM UP AND MAKE 2 BIG HOLES HE LEFT FOR US TO COVER. WE HAD TO CLEAN OUR RUGS BECAUSE OF HIM WALKING ON IT. WE'RE SENIORS AND WE SENT THE NEXT 2 HOURS CLEANING UP AFTER HIM PLUS THE TIME TO COVER THE HOLES. THE SHOWER FAUCETS WERE OURS. OUR BIG MISTAKE WAS THINKING HE WOULD CLEAN UP AFTER AND PUT A COVER SO WE COULD USE THE SHOWER.

The sevice was provided by Bruno, he was very friendly and good at his work. He gave a bunch of tips on maintenance. The cost of repairs was however very high, a bit more than I thought it would be.

The service was great and I do recommend Saving Plumbing.

We had a clog on the main drain line. The technician showed up quickly (within 90 minutes of the call which we thought was very fast for a Friday morning). They charge $100 to just come and have a look which we thought was fair (the fee is waived if you proceed with the repair). The technician was able to identify the issue and snaked the main line quickly and professionally (he was out in about an hour, including setting up the equipment).

Nick was referred to me ,.he responded very quickly.
I received a letter from the city of Toronto stating that I was losing water every day.. he came over in the morning and access the issue very fast.
I had to replace one toilet and the other he could fix. By 5pm all the work was done. Nick was very polite and likeable person.. plus being very knowledgeable ..I would highly recommend him.

These guys have done their work in a very professional way. They Know all the requirements very well. I was in the need of kitchen renovation service and I got them I was really lucky.

We are friends of the owner. His first visit was on a weekend and he was very friendly and helpful.
On his second visit, he fixed a long standing issue with our faucet in a matter of minutes.
