Harris Doors

Jim was very friendly and professional. Our garage spring and chain broke and found Harris Doors from a Google search. Called him on a Sunday evening and he came out first thing Monday morning and got the door fixed in about an hour. Pricing was very reasonable too. Would definitely recommend

Jim was flexible with our timing and not only fixed the problem , but attended to other small problems while he was here . He gave us instruction on how to improve ongoing maintenance and features we never realized we had . He could hear our neighbours garage door open and even made suggestions for their garage door . He will remain on our speed dial if we ever need more help.

Just before the weekend, my daughter went to open the garage door and it wouldn't open. The coil spring that helps lift the door had snapped (broke). And the door is so heavy that I couldn't open it by hand. I called Harris Doors and Jim was able to come out on Friday afternoon. Jim was on time, friendly, courteous and knew what he was doing. He not only repaired the door, but also put in extra effort to determine the cause of the door opener being very noisy, fixed it, and did not charge extra. Great great service exceeding expectations. Thank you Jim!!!

Sent a note at 9:00 PM - Jim responded same night and was out before 9:00 AM the next day to replace a malfunctioning garage door opener. Painless, easy process, would highly recommend to anyone.

I just had the most unbelievable service from this company. Our garage door opener was malfunctioning for the past several months, and I had resigned myself to replacing it. I put out a call on Homestars for quotes, and I had barely closed my browser window when the service guy called me. On explaining the problem, he immediately diagnosed it as something interfering with the sensor eyes, and recommended cleaning and tweaking their position, with no charge. He could totally have taken this call, and charged me a service visit and even a replacement, and I wouldn't have been any the wiser. This is some of the best service I've ever received - and SO FAST! Thanks Harris Doors!

Respnded to my post under 15mins, walked me through possible issues on the phone. I texted him some photos and he was able to diagnosis the problem remotely. Waited while I tested things out. Didn't seek compensation even though I offered. Thank you for the terrific service!

The garge door he installed was very high quality...quiet and the door opens everytime on the first try on the key pad..we are very happy with this door.
some rubber between the door layers was coming out on one layer...I called Jim and he was here the next business day
He replaced the rubber...then did a complete service on the door....tightening hex bolts, lubricating the door hinges and bearings
Then he showed me how to take care of the door so it lasts a lot longer
I will recommend Harris doors to anyone. Jim is very professional, is a straight shooter and does high quality work..every time..He makes sure you are happy and looked after ...
