The freezer part of my fridge broke and I could tell the fridge was also getting warmer. Not wanting to lose the food, I mistakenly called this terrible company. They quoted me $80 to come and give a diagnosis and said that would be deducted from the cost of repair if required. My husband and I are Seniors and we were anxious to get the work done. The guy showed up and said that the 'mother board' wasn't communicating and he would have to look at that. Stupidly I signed the waiver and about ten minutes later he said that he 'fixed' it and it was a 'compressor' problem. He said I would need a new compressor soon and that would be $1400. I had to pay $333.35 for his so called service but I refused any more work. Of course the fridge still doesn't work!!! STAY AWAY from this company - it is not reputable and I wish I had done more research. Thank you to Homestars for having this message board and for continuing to allow the public to be informed. If only I had checked first!!!!
