Jakub and team were great to work with. He was communicative throughout the process and was on time and on budget. The team was really clean and tidy throughout and did their best to limit dust throughout the house. Im very happy with the end result.

We needed to have our entire front wall and portions of two side walls replaced on our >100 year old home. We got three quotes and asked for an extra quote on lowering the back two-thirds. Insideguys were the best quote, and we decided to do the (optional) back portion as well as the necessary front work. Jakub and crew were fantastic. Showed up every day, communicated well and made steady progress all the way through. The completed basement looks amazing. Job took about two weeks more than the original estimate, but there was no slacking off. They are very conscientious and as tidy as you can be for this kind of work. I highly recommend this company and you should have zero reservations about hiring them to do your job.

I can't say enough good things about Jakub and Inside Guys. Hiring this team was the best decision of my renovation -- a gut and rebuild of the basement and main floor of my house, done with family help instead of a general contractor, a decision that could have been stressful, but wasn't because of how smooth the underpinning process was.

From our first meeting Jakub inspired confidence. It was immediately evident that Inside Guys' approach is clear and thoughtful, that they are experts who go above and beyond in what they do, including helpful problem-solving details that others don't think of. I also liked the fact that the company is small and that Jakub participates in the work himself.

Jakub provided a list of references at our initial meeting, and I called a few -- homeowners and builders. The glowing reports validated my instinctive feeling, and I was excited to move forward with Inside Guys. Everything that came after only reaffirmed the choice. The process was professional, on-time, and and the quality of the work was excellent.

Jakub was so easy to work with -- he's responsive, honest, organized, positive and accommodating. I enjoyed having him around. During the process the job site was always left incredibly clean and orderly. The crew was extremely hard-working. The tradespeople he works with are all highly skilled and likeable -- I really appreciated being connected to good trades, as we took an overall DIY approach to the finishing.

Another thing I appreciate the list is long! is that Inside Guys' quoted price included everything that was needed, such as demo, drawings, and sump pump. Inside Guys' quote was not the lowest I received, but it was comparable to the other company I considered once you added up the items not included in that company's quote. The 'what you see is what you get' pricing feels to me like just one of many ways Inside Guys keeps things straightforward.

I didn't want to take any chances with the foundation of my home -- there is no more important part of a house. Jakub and Inside Guys inspire confidence and leave a trail of loyal customers behind them, so the choice to hire them was easy, and it was validated at every step. The underpinning was about as stress-free as you can you can get for a home renovation -- I was able to relax knowing that everything was being done to a high standard. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Jakub and Inside Guys.

The Inside Guys tackled out basement underpinning, walkout and waterproofing. They did any amazing job! The worksite was always left spotless each night. The guys on the job were polite and helpful (we lived there during the work). We were unlucky with the historic rainfall during the middle of the job and Jakub went over and above to make sure everything was safe, structurally sound. Jakub has great communication- always keeping us up to date on the project and taking the time to explain what they were doing. The job was done on time and on budget!!!! The quality of work was exceptional. I would recommend them to everyone.
