I would highly recommend this company.
There was an installation of a basement flush steel beam, post and structural wall. Jakub was knowledgeable and addressed all questions. The crew were competent, polite and a pleasure to deal with. The work site was kept in an immaculate condition throughout the job. We had no worries or concerns regarding safety and quality of work.

I have nothing but amazing things to say about Jakob and his team at Inside Guys Underpinning. A lot can go wrong when underpinning so we were nervous about finding the right company. Once Jakob and his team started our project I was immediately at ease. They are extremely professional, responsible, trustworthy, honest, and very competitive with their pricing. They did exactly what they said they'd do both with the timing of the project as well as the costs. No surprises! At our previous home we went with a large company but the experience was terrible. There was a lack of professionalism, communication, and general site supervision. All of these bad memories and worries were non existent this time around. I would only recommend using Inside Guys, you will not be disappointed.

Right from meeting Jakub to discuss the job, I was thrilled with the professionalism and courtesy in his approach. The estimate came attached with references, example photos of the work and a detailed description of what to expect, with a few options for dates so we could mutually agree when would be best for everyone. Jakub and his team who completed the work were at all times respectful of the property, safety conscious and extremely tidy around the site. Opportunities to improve related aspects, though not specifically part of the job, were accommodated with the same commitment to quality work and finishing. I am delighted with the outcome and can’t praise Jakub and his team highly enough. Thoroughly recommended!

Jakub and his crew were absolutely incredible!! Both my wife and I felt very comfortable from the onset with his professionalism and knowledge. This carried throughout the entirety of the project. He came into our home for two and a half months everyday and I never had any issues. He was extremely thorough in his communication, very clean and dealt with absolutely everything that came up. We were very apprehensive about undergoing such a big job but he made our underpinning/ extension project run extremely smooth.

The basement underpinning project done by Inside Guys was the most professional and well done home renovation we've ever embarked on. Almost every day I would remark on the quality of the craftsmanship. Jakub and Marek are phenomenal workers and people. From technical expertise, to site cleanliness, to customer accommodation, to the friendliness of their crew, they were top notch. I wouldn't recommend any other underpinners.

Mark, Jacob and their team are incredible. Their technical acumen is beyond compare. They are high end problem solvers. They really know how to diagnose a situation and layout a clear thoughtful plan. And their execution right down to how clean and organized they leave the job site every day is in a league of its own. We originally had work done by another company that completely misdiagnosed the problem. Disaster ensued. As well as lots of money lost. I’ve come to understand how complicated foundation work is. I can’t recommend Inside Guys enough. They truly are the best in the business.
