Friendly Handyman Ottawa

I've hired Prémices and his crew twice, once for exterior work re-sealing the windows, vents etc. around our building, and a second time to install vinyl plank flooring in our basement. Prémices is a professional. I've been impressed with his attention to detail, problem solving and honesty. He has happily taken on additional small jobs (e.g. picking up the flooring I ordered, window sealing, and removing concrete rubble left by another contractor). He makes sure the job gets done. For example, when he couldn't get our bathroom fan working he brought in an electrician who was able to diagnose and solve the problem. He also follows through on his promises. For example, I asked him to repair some parging around our house. He suggested coming back to do the work several weeks later as part of other parging related work for other clients. He came back as promised and completed the job. I trust Prémices and his crew at Friendly Handyman to get the job done well and would not hesitate to recommend his services to others.

Premices and his team did a great job with about half a dozen odd jobs in the house including planing a door, installing kitchen cupboard handles, fixing some baseboards, fixing a ceiling potlight and installing some deadbolts. I called in today (28-06-20) at 1pm and was asked to leave a message.
I recieved a call back while I was recording my detailed voicemail message. Talk about quick! Scheduled an appointment for the same day and had a someone show up at 3pm. (Received a 30min text prior to arrival).

The handyman came in and assessed the situation then proceeded to executed the job perfectly.
It is exactly what I needed.

I hired Friendly Handyman to do various exterior Jobs for my mother's home and at my home as well. They were very professional, timely and very reasonably priced for what we requested. Will definitely use their services again when required!

Premisces saves the day!

I was doing laundry last night and noticed lint spitting onto the ground of my laundry closet. I squeezed into the closet and to my dismay, I found that the exhaust duct had come undone. In fact, it was not properly installed by the homebuilder. No clamps were used to tighten it to the back of the dryer, so of course, all of that lint and hot air was blowing out everywhere in the closet. Stressed about a potential fire hazard, I posted to HomeStars. Premisces was one of the first to contact me this morning. I don’t know what it was but I was drawn to how quick he responded to my post and by how polite and professional he was. I decided to go with him and by afternoon he showed up and was in and out in 30 minutes. He was super quick, very helpful and brought the necessary tools to fix my problem! Premisces straightened my heavy stacked washer and dryer to my liking. He even went the extra mile and returned the second time this evening because I stupidly asked him to move the washer and dryer to one side of the closet where it ended up being impossible to slide the soap compartment out. Oh, and he even straightened my fridge that had been poorly placed in my home... Altogether, I would not hesitate to go with and/or recommend Friendly Handyman to anyone looking for a handy man. They really do put the “friendly” in top-notch service and pricing!

A new cat destroyed the screen in my back sliding door. It was a mess before he ruined it. I called the Friendly Handyman service. Communication was easy. Booking was easier.
On the day they arrived promptly and quickly went to work. They also provided me with tips so I can do it in the future.
