I've hired Prémices and his crew twice, once for exterior work re-sealing the windows, vents etc. around our building, and a second time to install vinyl plank flooring in our basement. Prémices is a professional. I've been impressed with his attention to detail, problem solving and honesty. He has happily taken on additional small jobs (e.g. picking up the flooring I ordered, window sealing, and removing concrete rubble left by another contractor). He makes sure the job gets done. For example, when he couldn't get our bathroom fan working he brought in an electrician who was able to diagnose and solve the problem. He also follows through on his promises. For example, I asked him to repair some parging around our house. He suggested coming back to do the work several weeks later as part of other parging related work for other clients. He came back as promised and completed the job. I trust Prémices and his crew at Friendly Handyman to get the job done well and would not hesitate to recommend his services to others.

Acker Home Inspection was professional, efficient, friendly and well worth the money. I learned a lot about my future house during the two hour inspection. This gives me the confidence to move ahead in a well informed way with the purchase of my first house.
