Raccoon removal work completed same day. There was a nest with babies which Sal and Alan very professionally removed from our attic.

The whole team was kind, responsive, and professional. They removed a family of raccoons and patched up raccoon holes. Very nice work!

We had an emergency pest issue and had to call TSR 3 AM on a weekday. The phone staff answered the call and scheduled a visit, promising a technician within 2 hours. 45 minutes after all call the technician was at our home. By 5 AM, he was able to remove the pest (a squirrel stuck in a vent). Great service!

Sal is a very qualified technician. He not only resolved our rat problem but identified a carpenter ant nest that we had not been aware of. The rat infestation was brought to an end. The same with the carpenter ant colony. We are glad our pest control technician was someone as experienced as Sal.

Just after a snowfall, I noticed a small hole under my front porch, but next morning (a Saturday) I was assaulted by the stench of a nearby skunk. And you guessed it. The skunk had taken up residence under my front porch. The smell was overpowering and because my bedroom is near the front of the house its seeped all the way into the room and woke me up at 5 AM.

I called and Sal got right back to me even though it was a Saturday. He said no problem he could come out to deal with it that afternoon.

He showed up right on time, and after a few hours had dealt with the problem.

Sal and Alan showed up at the promised time. They inspected our house and determined that scratching noises we were hearing behind our house was due to a rat infestation. Sal and Alan brought the rat infestation under control.
