We had an emergency pest issue and had to call TSR 3 AM on a weekday. The phone staff answered the call and scheduled a visit, promising a technician within 2 hours. 45 minutes after all call the technician was at our home. By 5 AM, he was able to remove the pest (a squirrel stuck in a vent). Great service!
