Sal came same-day to remove a family of raccoons from our attic. Sal and his assistant did a professional job and showed respect to us and the environment. We received a top quality service from Alan. We were running out of time to identify a dead animal in our kitchen before a family gathering. It would have been impossible to host our dinner party with a dead rodent stuck somewhere in the kitchen. Alan came with the right tools, found the rat carcass, extracted it, and gave us great advice for ventilating the residual smell.

I hired TSR Pest Control to wildlife and pest proof my solar panels on the roof. Unfortunately, the company that installed them did not put much effort into keeping pests away. Squirrels and pigeons had set up nests in different parts of the roof covered by panels. Sal came with strong recommendations and did a very good job.

Sal proved he was the right person for the job as soon as he showed up. He removed a rat nest from our shed, patch the hole on the shed wall to keep rats out and installed poison stations in the backyard to exterminate any rat that could have been outside the shed during his visit. He even helped us dispose of an old rug rats had been using as a bathroom/nest.

Sal went in the attic with a bag and came out with six small raccoons. He repaired the entry on the roof with a one way gate. He thought the mother was still hiding in our attic. He took every precaution to ensure babies stayed warm until their reunion with their mother and that the moder could still come out despite his repair work. The work was humane and professional. We had watched several videos from his company before we called him. So we knew what to expect. What we loved most about tsr was how they went abov3 and beyond to provide information about the process and the effort they put into transparency and building confidence. Through every step of the process, it was clear that they cared about doing their job well and keeping their customers satisfied.
