Buyer Be Aware!
After installing a HVAC system from PATRICK and spending $8000 with this guy things fell apart rather quickly. My main breaker on the yard would jump repeatedly leaving my yard without power for hours on end. After getting a electrician in it became clear that Pat has no idea how to properly install breakers in a panel without checking loads and balancing lines even though it requires him to be certified in basic electrical knowledge. I confronted him with this obvious neglect of workmanship and was told I was rude for pointing out the obvious. As a home owner I demanded answers and got nothing. 8 months have passed and now my brand new top of the line furnace is plagued with problems and no service from Polar Flash when connected. I've use polar flash before and always left a good review even though I wasn't fully satisfied with the workmanship but always gave the guy the benefit of a doubt to impove
I hope this helps alot of undecided customers make up their minds.
P.S I'm not the one to leave bad reviews but this one is worth my time!

Pat was friendly and informative when he came to replace the furnace humidifier. He explained what he was doing, and why the new model would save me money in the long run. He explained why changing the thermostat is important in different winter temperatures. He also offers humidifier filters at a fraction of the price. I would recommend Pat to anyone who needed help with their furnace. He was also affordable, compared to other companies, which was appreciated when one is on a strict budget!

Thank you Pat for your excellent service on the repair on my furnace. Pat was quick to respond to my call for help and was able to do the repair the same day. He explained everything I needed to know. He went above and beyond doing the furnace repair as he saw issues with my humidifier and fixed that while he was here.

I will be calling Pat back to do maintenance on my AC in the spring. Polar Flash is quality service for a good price.

Excellent, fast efficient service! Went above and beyond to get us back up and running asap and kept his pricing reasonable. Made sure the parts we needed were available and still under warranty. We are very happy to support local businesses and will be using Pat's services in the future and would highly recommend the company. Hopefully it won't be an emergency next time though, just regular maintenance:)

Pat from Polarflash was great. He installed the cooling and heating unit for our outdoor cooler, which sees -30 C in winter and +30 C in summer. He came up with a plan, the material and the execution. He stayed on budget and on time (even though that meant that he had to put in a significant amout of overtime hours). I would recommend Polarflash to anyone in need of refridgeration or heating!
