Disappointing Experience: Poor Quality Finish and Does Not Honor Warranty
Decided to entrust Iona and Luis with the renovation of our master bathroom in anticipation of our first child. Initially, our experience with them was promising. They seemed attentive, responsive, and eager to deliver exceptional results. However, our optimism quickly waned as the project progressed and it became evident that the quality of work and finishes fell short of our expectations. The attention to detail we had hoped for was sorely lacking, and the overall craftsmanship left much to be desired. Despite expressing our concern, they failed to address these deficiencies adequately.
Furthermore, our frustrations were compounded by their failure to honor their warranty agreement. When we attempted to invoke the warranty to rectify the substandard workmanship, we were met with excuses and delays. Despite multiple promises to revisit our home on a WEEKLY basis and address the outstanding issues, they consistently failed to follow through, citing a myriad of reasons each time.
The lack of accountability and professionalism displayed by Iona and Luis throughout this ordeal has been deeply disappointing. What began as a hopeful endeavor to enhance our living space has culminated in frustration and dissatisfaction. Regrettably, we cannot recommend Iona and Luis to others seeking reliable and quality renovation services. We urge others to exercise caution before engaging their services.

We took over a previous contractor work that he has done for you that he left( unknown reasons ) and we started from zero and we worked with you and your timing due to the arrival of your first child . Our team had went above and beyond to exceed your request and expectations once the work the previous contractor has done was gutted we took you step by step true the whole process . We have provided you with option and idea for the tile to stay within your budget knowing you already spent quote money on what was done and now everything has to started from zero .
The team have went above and beyond we have listen and delivered all your request and the final product tell it all .
We worked with you to make sure you get our supplier discount for the finishes that had to be re buy etc .
From the tile work to the custom glass door and niche and zero threshold shower base the final product was and is espectacular and was also a knowledge about you as well .
