He installed hardware flooring in 3 bedrooms, designed and installed cupboards and did the painting.

Soko and his team were absolutely wonderful. We did a 9day condo Reno including changing my floors, demolishing a den, wood paneling, painting and much more. They were very reliable, punctual and easy to work with. Very accommodating with suggestions and knowledgeable.

I gave them a nearly impossible task to renovate half my home within 4 weeks. They coordinated all the tradespeople, were well organized to ensure the 4 weeks were maximized. They finished in about 6 weeks as I added more work but the results turned out better than expected. They took the time to explain what they were doing and provided valuable input I didn't think of. Great company to hire for small and large jobs.

We were initially interested in having GTA Quality Homes do our renovation since our neighbours also had their house renovated by them and recommended them. We had our kitchen, master bathroom, and main bathroom completely gutted and redone by Soko and the team. We had new countertops, cabinets, tiles, and pot lights installed in the kitchen. In the bathrooms, we had a new vanity custom made and installed, along with improving our shower with new fixtures and tiling. The renovation took a little longer than initially expected, but it wasn't a big deal to us since we lived in our house throughout the renovation. Soko and the team were very friendly and accommodating to our requests and were responsive when contacted. The price of the renovation was fair considering how much renovation work we had done. Overall, we are very satisfied with the renovation and would recommend them to friends who are also considering home renovation.

We hired GTA (Soko and Eddie) to finish our basement and make some main floor modifications. The basement (3,000 sq feet) finish included various sections of custom cabinets, a wet bar, granite counters, stone finishes around the bar and fireplace, custom wine cellar, gym, guest bedroom, steam shower and full wainscoting - all done to A finish. The main floor project started with removing an interior wall, adding a custom stone wall and fireplace and replacing some secondary cabinets. After the amazing work done in the basement, we expanded the main floor project to include replacing the kitchen, laundry, ensuite bath cabinets and most of the wood work on the main floor including adding new wainscoting. Soko and Eddie are incredibly trustworthy, focussed on quality and did a great job at fair prices without cutting corners. We lived in the house throughout the renovation and we were grateful that Soko, Eddie and their tradesmen were very clean and courteous. We are extremely happy with the work done by GTA and would hire and recommend GTA for any home renovation or build project.
