I had some windows replaced by Window Repair Guys and I needed the caulking to also be replaced. They recommended Dimitri and Andrei from Silicone Seals Caulking Sealing & Pest Blocking for the job. Dimitri was very pleasant, professional and reasonably priced for the work that had to be completed. I ended up getting all of my windows and doors recaulked, as well as some cracks filled in the mortar of the bricks. Andrei worked meticulously over two days at my house. I am very pleased with work that was completed, and the windows and doors look better than ever. I would definitely recommend them to anyone else.

I had the pleasure of having Andre & Dmitri out to fix some caulking in a newly renovated shower. During the process they identified a failing of the tile and promptly advised me of the issues and possible ways of correcting them. I was taken aback by the honesty and level of professionalism they showed, when they simply could have stayed in their lane and done the job they were hired to complete. Dmitri and Andre did a great job fixing my under-mount kitchen sink, which had come loose from the countertop. They're really nice guys who clearly know their stuff, take pride in quality workmanship, and even seemed to enjoy the problem-solving aspect of my particular situation.

They were very quick to reach out and provide a quote. I felt confident I had found the right pros for the job and they certainly didnt disappoint. The work itself was done with a great amount of care and attention to detail which I very much appreciated. Dimitri was even able to explain to me what had gone wrong with the previous caulking and some tips to maintain it moving forward. I had a living room window installed 35 years ago. The caulking is split and coming off. I was going to do the job myself but felt that a 1 inch bead was beyond my skillset. I called siliconeseals because of their reviews. Andrei came the next day and starting stripping the old caulk, filling in the large gaps with a round preformed strip of foam and applying several layers of caulk over the foam strip. When the job was complete, I was impressed with the quality of the work. Well done. See the attached picture

We experienced an intermittent leak in the rec room ceiling which was suspiciously underneath the refrigerator in the kitchen above.

But because it was intermittent it was puzzling as to what was causing it. Over a period of a few weeks the leaks became more frequent dripping on the laminate floor and threatening to swell it.

My HomeStars "handy man" request was answered almost immediately by Dimitri who offered to come and look at the situation.

He and his partner Andre spent considerable time investigating the situation using an infrared camera and fibre optical probe to see what was happening. The leak was confirmed to be associated with the fridge water supply but it wasn't clear how.

Since the fridge was suspect, they pulled it away from the wall to check the floor. Bone dry! No evidence of wetness anywhere. Very puzzling.

Long story short, Dimitri stayed with the situation and employed intelligent deductive reasoning to finally zero in on the problem. He suggested we manually sponge up the water from the evaporator pan in the fridge to check if that was the source of the water.

After doing that for over a week during high humidity weather, the leaking stopped and the ceiling started drying out!

Thanks to his quick response and dedication to problem solving Dimitri avoided our having to destroy our ceiling in pursuit of a non-existant plumbing problem.

His work ethic and compassion is beyond compare and do not hesitate to recommend Silicone Seals.
