I found Silicone Seals when looking for a company that does air sealing. I moved into an older home with lots of ways for air and bugs to get inside. Andrei & Dimitri were amazing from start to finish. What I like about them is their communication, transparency, and quality of work. Communication: Dimitri was quick to take my call and put me in touch with Andrei who came by to give a quote. Andrei patiently listened to what I needed and took notes. When he gave the quote, Andrei provided a breakdown of each part of the work we discussed so that we were both on the same page about what would be done. While performing the air sealing Andrei was always open to discuss how things would be done, answered any other questions I had, and would review the completed work with me. Transparency: When Andrei provided the quote, he broke down each of the tasks with descriptions about the scope of work, and provided the cost of each of the tasks. This allowed me to decide what was most important to get done, what could wait, and Andrei answered any questions I had about the scope of work. I really appreciated this level of transparency. Other companies would just have the name of the task, maybe a few words, and then the total cost, so it was hard to be sure of what was actually being done and know the cost breakdown. Quality Of Work: Andrei took his time to do the job properly, went over everything with me after, and made sure I was happy with the results. When he found something that he thought was an issue he showed it to me and gave me options of what could be done to address it. The air sealing was done towards the end of summer. There was a noticeable reduction of bugs getting into the home after, and now were in December and house is much better than it was last year. A lot less cold air getting inside. Out of all the companies Ive had come do work at my home, these guys are the best and I would absolutely hire them again.
