Unfair Charges for Home Cleaning Services
I requested regular cleaning for my home and was quoted $585. They decided without my approval (or telling me) to perform deep cleaning and provided extra services (e.g. making the bed and pick up clothes). They charged an extra $230. They only told me as they were leaving. I tried to discuss this with the owner, but she just charged my credit card the full $815. I do not believe this is fair business practice to charge 40% above the original estimate without first getting the customer's approval for additional services and letting them know what the added costs are before performing those added services.

Dear Geoffrey on our first Visit to your home, you book for regular Cleaning Services, When I arrived verbally I mention to your wife that the areas you book online need a Deep Cleaning instead of Regular Cleaning she was agree to change the Regular Cleaning to a Deep Cleaning for 5 washrooms, when we finished I mention all the services we provide and mentioned you will need a Deep cleaning in your 4 bedrooms and Regular Cleaning in your washrooms for our next visit. You decided to do a regular Cleaning Booking when you knew from our first visit your home need a Deep Cleaning in your bedroom, as your booking was at 3.00 pm and the size of your home are big we started working , you check every Bedroom after was done if you was not agree to make beds and clean your furniture the best thing to do is said please I did not book for this services. at the end I remind to you that I may need to charge you for the services we provide you. It is a great experience for us to offer our services by the booking page and no by the situation we see in a home. God bless your great intentions.
