My experience with Evgeny and his service was nothing short of amazing, i had a terrible time trying to get someone in to my condo to fix the lid switch on my old washer, all i was getting was rude disinterested technicians, it was very frustrating as the repair seemed simple and straightforward. Evgeny was literally the only person who seemed to care about my situation. He actually went out of his way to find me a switch much earlier than expected, and was able to drop in and repair it in about 30mins, i was completely blown away by his personal service, he is a true professional, and he actually cares. Up until this experience, i hated hiring an appliance technician, it was always such an awful experience.
