My experience with Evgeny and his service was nothing short of amazing, i had a terrible time trying to get someone in to my condo to fix the lid switch on my old washer, all i was getting was rude disinterested technicians, it was very frustrating as the repair seemed simple and straightforward. Evgeny was literally the only person who seemed to care about my situation. He actually went out of his way to find me a switch much earlier than expected, and was able to drop in and repair it in about 30mins, i was completely blown away by his personal service, he is a true professional, and he actually cares. Up until this experience, i hated hiring an appliance technician, it was always such an awful experience. Evgeny changed this, he will forever get my business, i highly recommend him, you will get an honest technician who will give you the highest quality service. Thank you! :)

Had a tech come out to fix my a/c, they diagnosed an issue with the actuator and that it needed to be replaced, the tech was able to do a temp fix, but advised he will have to locate a new actuator and return. Never heard from them for months, tried to restart the process, and communication was fairly spotty, they finally started communicating and they were trying to track down then parts and the pricing, then silence for many days. They were looking to replace the entire unit or a major part of it, it would have cost a lot of money, i got tired of waiting and hired another company and they showed up the same day with part in hand and fixed it in less than an hour, no major replacement, no major costs, all for under $200.

I Loved my experience with Modify air, originally i used another service from homestars and they couldn't figure out my issue or even call me back, after chasing them for many weeks, I gave up on them and found Modify air, they were very knowledgeable, they arrived quickly prepared to work, they quickly and creatively solved my issue and were able to keep my costs as low as possible too, i was incredibly happy with my experience, Milad you were just a pleasure to deal with, i loved your honesty and professionalism, i would not hesitate to use your service again and i would gladly suggest your service to any friend who could use your service. Great experience, very professional and HONEST! booked for 12-4pm, showed at 1pm, my dead dryer was diagnosed and fixed in under 45 mins!! Josh the tech was very friendly and knowledgeable. He really knew his stuff. No extra upsell, and no wasting time to prolong the call. Really loved this experience and would not hesitate to recommend or re-hire this company again and again...
