There really are only 3 key components in completing any successful project, such as parging a foundation wall: top quality material, skilled experienced labour and well-managed customer expectations delivered consistently. From our recent personal experience Rooterworx delivered top marks on all 3. Ill not repeat all the various glowing comments that many other satisfied customers have given in their top-rated reviews of this company except to strongly suggest that interested readers should carefully check all of them out, as well as those of other foundation contractors, as we initially did here at Homestars and elsewhere. From the get-go, our foundation wall parging requirements and communications were handled in a friendly efficient manner by Oleg, who in turn provided excellent project management in ensuring that only a highly qualified contractor was selected for the job and that the work was completed successfully on the promised scheduled date. Marian did an excellent job and within the day met all our requirements and expectations, applying new parging on our foundation wall for a nice smooth finish, leaving everything neat and tidy afterwards. The price was fair considering the results delivered and effort required in expertly doing so. The bottom line: be prepared to spend a fair price for quality. Anything less in the long run is a waste of money, in my opinion.
