Needed to replace my humidifier and contacted ICS based on the reviews on this site. Nick answered the first call and was able to diagnose what we need and provide a fast quote and timeline for the service call. I appreciate the honesty and simplicity of this process. Nick completed the work on time, properly, and tidily and was helpful with other questions I had regarding my HVAC system. I would strongly recommend ICS to anyone requiring HVAC services.

Nick was pretty quick to come to my place to modify the location of my gas line as part of my kitchen Reno.
Job was done well and Nick went above and beyond the scope of the job by providing information on my gas meter as he identified a leak on the city side of my line. Thanks for it.

My furnace broke down on Boxing Day. Nick arrived within an hour and assessed that a new part was required but all stores were closed. He helped me to turn on my electric fireplace so I could have heat in the meantime and also offered to provide floor heaters for my home. He is extremely knowledgeable and the repair was done immediately after the part was able to be picked up. His price was extremely reasonable, parts plus minimum labour. I recommend him highly! I called Nick for furnace service. Very quick to respond to set up appointment. During service, he noticed a couple of issues. Gave us the option of minor patch/repair that could last 2 years or replace furnace. Given the age of the furnace, we decided to replace. He came back the next day, installed new furnace and it is working perfectly. Great customer service. Will continue to call Nick in future.

What I needed was a simple new gas line for a new gas range. What I got was not only a very professional installation of the gas line but also all the information that I requested related to the installation.
