We were very pleased with the responsiveness, quality and cost of the work provided by Nick at ICS. The job was a gas supply hook-up to a new BBQ.

He answered the phone when we called, already a positive exception to the norm. He visited our home himself before providing us with a quote which was again better than the competition. Once we agreed on the project scope and cost, he scheduled the job within 48 hours. He was patient in answering all questions in person and over text. He even went out of his way to point out recommendations based on what he observed in the furnace room and our A/C unit.

Overall, could not have expected a better experience and would definitely recommend.

Nick was a pleasure to work with to install a natural gas line for a BBQ. He's very knowledgeable and kept me informed every step of the way. He always explained to me my options and explained why some options were not available or recommended (e.g. my run was too long so he couldn't use anything less than 1/2" piping). His work was completed on time and was exactly what I wanted. I would not hesitate to call Nick again for work in the future.

Nick installed a new BBQ line for me today. I was lucky to find such a real professional person who do the job with excellent quality and reasonable price, knowing that I'm not that person who accepts compromising the quality for the price. All in all, I got better than what I was planning to have, and I believe his efforts worth more than the cost I paid.

Installed a gas-line for my new gas stove. Professional, friendly, timely, efficient and honest. Came on time and finished installing my gas line within two hours. Provided me with options which included one that was much cheaper than going from the furnace. Great customer service. Good communication. Would use them again.
