I called this company and it took over a week for a repair guy to show. he told me that I needed a very expensive part. I agreed to hire him and paid the diagnostic fee (130) as a condition of hiring him. 5 weeks went by with no call or text. I finally had enough and called him. He then quoted me the job 300 bucks higher. I said no. I contacted another company and turns out the original repair person had the wrong diagnostic and the parts needed were much cheaper. I asked for a refund and they told me to beat it and hung up on me!

I had a great experience hiring this company. The workers were polite and knowledgeable. The workmanship was to the highest standard and it was completed in a timely manner. The communication between myself and the workers was outstanding and professional. Highly recommend
