George is very polite and patience. His customized stairs' treads are in good quality, and their customized stain color is very close to the floor we got from their shop. Highly recommend!

We Used step to door for our new stair, picket and hardwood installation for our landing
We first met George at the store and than he came over to the house were he provided a detailed breakdown about the whole the project and were very impressed about his knowledge.
During the installation we met Daniel the main installer
He was very meticulous and answered all our questions we had during the installation.
Later during Jason came buy to do finish off the staining and provide the final touch ups again another a true master at his craft.
I want to thank all the staff at step to door for a great job on my stair case installation and to top it all off there price was more than competitive.

I cant say enough about George, Sandy and the team. They were a dream to work with. They did what they said they were going to do and always went above and beyond. Sandy spent most of the day and night overseeing the project, making sure the hardest working people had everything they needed. They were clean and professional. Step to Door did an incredible job replacing the laminate flooring in my condo, and for an affordable price which included the removal, disposal, installation of the flooring and baseboards, and the new baseboards themselves. Everything looks fantastic and it was for a great price.

When we decided to have them install as we didnt have the time they came out and measured and sent out their installer who was so precise. The place looks amazing and most importantly to code. I contacted AJ from step to door initially and he was extremely professional from the beginning of the project to the end. His associates, George, Wendy, Sandy, Jason and Alvin were fantastic through the whole process as well. Thanks for all efforts!

We started searching the market for a staircase contractor who would revamp our OK looking staircase. The plan was to remove the nosing's and landing's old carpet, to install custom wooden nosing and landing, to match the colours of upstairs' floring, to replace all balusters and posts and at the end to repaint the steps front planks and the staircase's sides. As we considered the steps to be in ok shape the plan was to keep them as they were. The Step to Door's email response came pleasantly fast and we arranged for an estimate and a quote. Someone came to talk the details and gave us some ideas on the planned work. Due to the need to match the new nosing's/landing's colour to the existing floring colour upstairs it was decided to restain the steps as well. It added extra 30 percent cost to the project but from today's perspective that was the best for us thing to do. I can say the Step to Door handled the work and the various challenges very well and we're extremely pleased with the result. The duration, quality of craftsmanship, the new materials as well the communication were all great. The installers were courteous and dedicated and the work was done quite fast. Thanks, Recommended!

Could not be more impressed with step to doors work. Reasonable price for quality work. We needed to rip out the carpet in our home and replace with hardwood flooring which was done in less than 3 days. They were flexible with time, detailed oriented, and did exactly what we asked for. Would definitely be calling on them for future renovation projects.
