Thank you for a great move guys. 3 helpful young men showed up and got right to business. They wrapped everything nicely and protected the house with all the equipment. They also didn't even stop for a break, which we really appreciated because we were on a time crunch for the key exchange. We would recommend to our family and friends. Thank you guys.

The worst moving company ever, I signed a contract with them to deliver my staff from Toronto to California , they promised 10 days delivery time , it took them a month to deliver and the worst part of story is that all my furniture were broken or damaged and there were missing boxes, the damage was about 40000$ , my furniture was so damaged that I through them away and couldn’t use it , the rep that I was working with is Michele and their staff are rude , irresponsible , all the good review that you are reading are fake , they have been in business for two years and they have eight official complaint as far as I know , DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY , It’s been a nightmare for me , any one could contact me on Abravani.marjan@gmail.com and I could send you the picture of my damaged furniture to see how irresponsible this company is

Hired for a move from Mississauga to Nova Scotia. They quoted, and promised delivery under two days, unloading at destination and fixed price unless they were delayed by poor weather. DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR CREDIT CARD. They were late by four hours to load the shipment, and arrived with a truck that was too small to accommodate the full shipment despite us giving them our overseas shipping manifests and a comprehensive tour of the two storage lockers days in advance. Because they were late, my wife had to leave to catch a flight before they finished loading. They promised an additional truck to take the load, but it never arrived. Our shipment sat in Ontario for over a day on their truck, charging us for overnight storage, without informing us. They charged our credit card on several occasions without our authorization and without informing or sending copies to us, $5,000 over a period of one month, and then prepared a false invoice without informing us to MasterCard to justify their charges. They also attached my signature from the original estimate and pasted it into their reply and justification to MasterCard. MasterCard supported the shipping company's argument, and we lost our money. While en-route to Nova Scotia, they were stopped at a weigh station and fined for an overloaded truck. They spent a full day at the station trying to sort out payment of the fine, find an additional truck, and transfer part of the original shipment to the second truck. Of course, they then charged us for additional hours, the second truck rental and accommodation for the two drivers, all as a result of their incompetence. The shipment arrived four days late, and there wasn't a crew to unload as promised. The two drivers were abusive and totally incapable of unloading the heavier items. We arranged our own crew to unload, along with my son and wife. The local crew showed up (two people) almost three hours later. In the meantime, the drivers broke several pieces in the shipment as a result of their lack of knowledge of how to properly move cabinets (they dragged them along the truck bed and broke the legs). When we finally had time to check the items, several extremely rare and valuable items that we collected over 28 years in Asia were missing. We have no idea where they went. Over the next two weeks. they demanded more money, accused us of writing 11 bad reviews (which we didn't), would not reply on the missing or broken items, and slapped us with a Cease and Desist order from their paralegals. They also accused us of blackmail but wouldn't explain why. Now, we have been charged outrageous charges to our credit card, had to cancel the credit card during our move when we had to buy a large number of appliances for our new house, are missing several extremely valuable items from our memories overseas, and were constantly threatened and misled by the company. You decide if you want to use their services.

Update: The company read our review and demanded that we take it done. They also threatened us with litigation for libel.

Our move from Toronto to Wasaga started off in a smooth fashion aside from one of the mover's using one of our bins as a footstool to load the truck containing valuable items. Departing from our destination in a timely fashion all appeared to be on schedule until the moving truck containing all of our items broke down at hwy 400 and 401. All went downhill from here. I had to call head office informing them of this issue. The truck had to be towed to another destination to transfer all of our goods to another vehicle. The truck finally arrived in Wasaga at 8pm in -22 temp. From here my partner and I assisted the 2 movers in unloading the truck. The move should have been complete at 1:30pm. Caution: Watch the status of your credit card as the "pre auth" is actually a full charge prior to completion of the job. We are still awaiting a negotiated reimbursement 3 weeks later after disputing the charge with my credit card company. Never again!!

We moved in October/2018 to Innisfil, ON, from Newmarket , ON. Three guys showed up in a 26 ft truck, we said that looks to small, they walked around the house and said it should all fit and started loading.

We arrived in Innisfil with 2/3rds of our stuff. The Driver then backed in to the top of our new Garage doing some damage to the siding soffit & shingles, his comment that's just a scratch. We put a claim in with this Company as we were instructed to do by TOP TIER and are still waiting for the repair OVER 3 MONTHS LATER.

Last e-mail from them January 8th, offering $175.00 CASH or would we like it repaired. I said I would like it repaired. Can't get through by phone and now my e-mails are bouncing back so they've blocked me. The worst move ever. Charged $700.00 over quoted price in the middle of our move ( take it or leave it) we were told by there dispatch & and the guy that quoted us at 8:00 at night on the street in Newmarket. Quote done by Top Tier moving representative in my home. So no excuses they new what we had. Never use this Company , you will regret it.

It has been almost a year and I still cannot convey how horrible our move with Top Tier was. We were charged nearly twice as much as quoted, damage done to our furniture was more than acceptable: broken mirrors, gauged furniture, lost items, the list goes on and on. From what my husband and I can surmise: if you have a 2 bedroom apt you might be OK. We had grandiose promises and little on delivery. Our move was tortuous, trucks were too small, the crew arrived late and did not deliver what was promised. Extra drive time back and forth due to smaller trucks was billed to us: we had to FIGHT to reduce the bill by one hour which was still absolutely ridiculous. Do not give them your credit card, they will bill as they wish without receiving your confirmation on charges being put through.
We were ensured an expedited move with an "assembly type" of box transfer which we didn't see once. The men started off courteous but our move extended way beyond 16 hours and into the wee hours of the night when everything got even sloppier. I would not recommend this crew unless you have a small space to move. They talk a big story but are small on delivery. We really wanted this to be a good experience, we are entrepreneurs ourselves and wanted to give this newer business a chance but the poor product coupled with cavalier and cocky attitude is something to be wary of - mover beware!

Long distance move from Etobicoke to Montreal. Was told about all pricing upfront. Guys came on time and wrapped everything and packed into two trucks one large one small. Happy with the very hard day of work they put in. It took 1 hour longer due to traffic getting there but the quote was right. Thank you Top Tier Moving and storage.

Overall, very good experience. We needed movers last minute. So we filled out an online request a quote. Got an inventory sheet to fill out and within 1 day everything was booked and ready to go. Got all terms, sent and everything explained before hand. The movers them self were very nice and hardworking came with a big truck too. It was a very long day 10 hours in total. Which we ended up paying the hourly rate. We just started to unpack right now and its killing us lol. Thank you, Top Tier would recommend

We hired Top Tier (operated by the same owner(s) of former Porter Moving & Storage) for our move on July 28 and they’ve literally left our lives in complete upheaval. The movers were supposed to arrive between 8-10 a.m. They didn’t show up. We started calling Top Tier and didn’t get a response from anyone right away. When they called back they started making excuses galore: “they didn’t have the address correct, the crew left Mississauga at 9:30 and should be there any minute”...the time kept getting pushed 12, 12:30...by 1:00 pm we realized we were being strung along and that no crew was coming...we were arguing on the phone with them all day on what was supposed to be a hassle free move. They ended up sending in a third party crew at 4:00 p.m. When that crew arrived, the first thing they said to us was that all of our stuff was not going to fit in their truck. We started calling Top Tier again...got no response. Only some of our contents were moved and were being offloaded at midnight. Not what we signed up for as a family with two young children. We tried to get a few hours sleep and were back on the phone with them first thing Sunday morning to see how they were going to move the rest...we got an ETA of 4-6 pm. We advised this was unacceptable and they said they’re working on it...to no avail. 3:00 pm rolls around, we call to get an update and are told the crew is finishing another job around 5/6 pm and will then get to you. That’s when we lost it and removed ourselves from being completely taken advantage of. We ended up having to rent a truck and move the rest of our items between 8 p.m. - 12 a.m. on July 29. The promised crew contacted us close to 9 p.m. Top Tier has made our move HELL. What was supposed to be a 10 hour move, allowing us to move our home on Saturday and unpack on Sunday turned into an absolute nightmare of more than 36 hours and counting.
