We had a small asbestos removal job that we wanted done as soon as possible. Sean responded quickly and walked us through all the options, and adhered to Covid restrictions. We had Sean complete the work and he did it very thoroughly, cleaning up everything so well you wouldn't even know he was there. He has a client-first mentality, the experience to be trusted for these sorts of jobs and works hard to get the job done right. We contacted A & E Environmental to provide preventative weekly disinfecting of our offices and common areas in our building. Sean Vernon is reliable always arriving early at agreed upon time and completes the fogging of our offices in a professional manner. Always a smile on his face and such a pleasure to work with. A family member of ours visited our house who had covid 19 so we reached out to A and E Environmental to come and clean and disinfect our house he used a fogging machine with all natural botanical products ( Benfect Decon 30)
i found the service was very professional and i would recommend A and E Environmental to work in any of my family and friends houses or businesses.

We needed an inspection in our 4 Plex home and rental for mold removal in attic area. We were concerned that during the current Covid19 crisis, we wouldn’t be able to get service. A&E provided excellent service, not only providing emergency service for mold removal/inspection - due to the fact that one of our tenants has respiratory issues for an underlying health condition. The owner Sean Vernon was detailed and conscientious with his approach, did a through inspection of our property and also fogged our one empty unit and common area because we had a tenant moving in. The product is eco friendly and CFIA approved (we did our research) We would highly recommend A&E, and will calling upon them for future projects and properties.
