During the sale of our house the buyer had a home inspection. A lot of mold was detected in our attic. We were mortified as we had no idea. Our real estate agent contacted Sean and he literally came out right away. He could see how upset we were and assured us all would be ok. He took a look in the attic and invited my husband to do so too so he could explain what needed to be done. He then walked us through the process and encouraged us to get more quotes, which we always do. However this time we did not. We felt so comfortable with Sean we gave him the job right away. knowing how anxious we were and that we were against the clock he came and completed the job within two days. During the process he kept us up to date and sent us before and after pictures, again to help reduce our stress levels. We have used a number of contractors and im am never in impressed with thier clean up as i am very house proud. I would never have know Sean had been in doing work. His clean up was spot on. My husband and i have very high standards and so unfortunately we have been disappointed with work being done in our home on numerous occasions. On this occasion, Sean absolutely met our expectation and went above and beyond. Sean has assured us that he is there for us if need be - who does that these days. Yep, there are still some good guys around. Thank you so much Sean. We are certainly thrilled with your work and for the support. Home inspection showed mold in the attic. Sean informed me on step by step process of cleaning/eliminating the mold, pricing, and informed me how it got there and how to maintain the house as this is my first home.
I am a sales person and Sean was transparent and straight forward- NO BS which is great! He arrived early Sunday morning and worked like a machine! He also fixed what caused the mold ( washroom vent pipe was loose). He forwarded me 23 pictures of the final job. Happy i went with my guts and picked Sean!

Sean is a great guy. He came to our house immediately for a visit and fixed the issue. He is a fair and professional contractor that goes over and beyond your expectations.

I called Sean as we had a mold issue under our bay window that was leaking. After having it replaced I was worried about the mold thinking we needed major work. He came quickly and explained it was only surface mold and how to tell if it had gone deeper. Showed me how to tell if the issue was more serious. He cleaned up the mold and told me there was no need to rip out the drywall. On top of all this he charged me nothing. He was a very nice honest man- hard to find these days but they still exist. Thank you Sean. I will definitely recommend you if anyone is looking for mold removal.

Called Sean to have work Done on our home for closing , Sean quoted next day , had the work done a week later , his quote was super fair , and he was great with working with our schedule and kids , Highly recommend him !

We were shocked to find out via a building inspection that there was mold in our attic. Of course, we agreed to have it remediated, and we needed it done ASAP. Our Realtor recommended Sean and I don't see how anyone could have done a better job.

Sean came out to look at the attic right away and scheduled us within a reasonable time frame. He took the time to explain what he thought was best for us and it made perfect sense to follow his advice. He gave us what we thought was a reasonable quote and held to his price while we went out of town to find our next house. When we got home, the work was complete, the work site impeccably clean, and our documents and photos waiting. We absolutely recommend Sean at A & E Environmental. I’m a Realtor and Shaun was referred to me by a trusted Home Inspector. My home is currently under construction and the asbestos was found in the middle of a time constrained portion of the Reno. Shaun dropped everything and made it over to the house late at night to do the job which allowed us to move forward with what needed to be do. He also gave great advised and used a non invasive less expensive technique called bagging which I will be recommending to my clients in the same situation moving forward. I don’t give top marks very often or lightly but I’m happy to for A. @ E. Environmental.

We had an issue with mould in some areas in attic. Sean arrived on the weekend to give us his advice.He explained in details about the problem and what needs to be done. Sean came for a mold and asbestos inspection at the same time as we had the home inspector, before the final step upon the closing of our home. 3 words to describe him : professional, knowledgable and most importantly, honest. He told us the exactly the way it is. Explained the steps needed to remove mold, what was to be expected if we were to tear down walls (it is an old house, so there is probably asbestos in the plaster) and gave us tips on how and where to save money if needed. He followed up quickly with a quote, even told us how to renew our deck and fence on our other home. Would recommend him time and time and again. He noticed problems with the home that the home inspector totally missed. Took all the time we needed to answer all our questions, and made us feel comfortable and safe. Thanks again for everything!
