Called Sean when we had a scare from a home inspection suggesting possible mold in our attic and cold room. Sean was on site within a few hours and determined no mold was present. I contacted A&E Environmental upon receiving unsettling IAQ Test Results for our home. Sean’s expressed genuine concern for my health and safety, and subsequently arrived several hours later to assess the issues. He undertook a thorough inspection of the areas in question, explaining the process as he went. He reviewed the IAQ reports, and advised us what form of remediation he felt was required. Within days of engaging his services, he arrived early, explaining each phase of the work to be carried out. Once I discovered that I had an issue, I called A&E and they came the same day to inspect my home.

They were very knowledgable and professional and laid out exactly what needed to be done to address the problem. Sean began the work within a few days and I was very happy with the work. He knew this was an issue I wanted to have completed in as short a period time as possible, and he did just that.

Sean and A&E Environmental did a fantastic job in removing the mold and cleaning the basement of a property that has been left vacant for over two years. When I requested a quote for mold remediation Sean promptly called to set up an appointment. After seeing the work that needed to be done he gave me an honest and fair quote, and was extremely reassuring that he would put turn the house back over to me in pristine condition and true to his word he did that.
