We had a terrible experience with Marcus. He was all good until he got paid for the work. We believed his work and promises about a part of the pending work that has still not been completed and it has been a month since we moved. He was rude every time my husband called him to discuss the work of the house. Although the work was completed in the quoted time, the painting job he took was shabby. His people messed up our doors paint and they never bothered to fix it.

Provided immediate / 24 hr turnaround on asbestos testing (I chose 24 hr). I contacted RenewAir end of day Tuesday, sample was collected that evening for 24 hr testing, and removal was carried out Thursday afternoon. I was well informed of what to expect. No complaints. I only wish that all my experiences with home reno projects could be as simple and straight forward as this one. Highly recommended.

These guys were great from the start. Marcus was very knowledgeable and friendly. He took me through the process and honest about things I needed to get done and didn't need to do. Our scope of work consisted of Asbestos removal from the basement floor, back room, dry wall removal for both ceiling and walls on the main floor as well as mold treatment in the attic and garage. We ended up going with quotes from various companies and Marcus' quote was very reasonable. They were able to accommodate with our tight timeframes as well. Everything was clean and tidy when they finished and took everything down. Marcus went even further by giving advice on other renos that were happening in the house keeping in mind that we had young children as well which was greatly appreciated. I would definitely use him again if we need it.

Marcus responded quickly, did the work the next day, and got rid of asbestos lining our hot water heating pipes. I appreciated his friendly and honest assessment and would definitely use Renewair again.
