We were in need of a new hot water heater and furnace. We did a lot of research and reading of reviews etc. for a reputable company and equipment to replace our old equipment. We found and decided to go with Enerhome and Tommy. Tommy responded immediately and arranged to come to our home (on a Saturday afternoon) to meet with us and to assess what we needed. This was really great because we had no hot water and needed the new equipment immediately. Tommy was fantastic and really worked with us to come up with the best solution and cost. He guided us through the process and he was able to get us scheduled for the Monday. We really felt like we could count on him and the company even after all the equipment would be installed. Enerhome promises a worry-free install through their "no surprises" quote and no matter what happens during the job, they will not charge more if anything unexpected comes up. The installation team arrived on time and did an excellent job with the installation. They also explained the work planned for the day and asked for input as to how and where the new equipment was to be installed. They knew what they were doing and once they had all the equipment installed, they spent time explaining how to use it etc. They were very proficient and very neat - they cleaned everything up after the job was finished. I was so impressed by them and have already recommended Enerhome and Tommy to a few friends who have been considering replacing their water heater with a tankless system.
