Our furnace stopped working and a friend recommended that I call Danny at Enerhome. They had a furnace installed by them and overall they were very happy with the experience.
I’m thrilled I called Danny. We met the same day and after assessing the situation and my needs, he walked me through available options, costs and advantages and disadvantages. He answered the many questions I had, and after agreeing to a competitive price was able to schedule an installation crew for the next day. Danny was incredibly professional and he was very knowledgeable of the products and about the installation. The installation team showed up on time, answered questions I had and completed the work on time and cleaned up after themselves. The furnace and new thermostat are working perfectly.
I was also impressed with Enerhome’s administrative process, from scheduling, to keeping me up to date when people were on their way, invoice payment and registration of the products. Danny called me after the installation to ensure I was satisfied with everything, he answered a couple of outstanding questions and also helped me with the new smart Carrier thermostat and portal. Overall, this was a very positive process and without any hesitation I recommend Enerhome.
