Terrible service when needed the most
Installed new furnace and Carrier heat pump. First summer and the Carrier heat pump isnt working (with a code weve never seen before. After 5 hours of tech trying to fix, we are stuck in 30+ degree temp without relief and now no new appointment for the next 4 days. Unacceptable for a brand new unit. Terrible service. Sorry.

This is not the level of service we strive to provide, especially during such extreme temperatures, and we apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you.
Upon reviewing your file, it appears that my colleagues reached out to you on the 20th and were able to accommodate the emergency by scheduling an appointment for the next day, June 21st. The issues have since been resolved. The notification you received on the 20th stating the appointment would be on the 24th was sent in error as our office was trying to secure the soonest available time. We apologize for the confusion.
