We were having problems with our heat pump system (two heads) and called Empower, right from the start they provided great service with the dispatchers letting us know when the technician will arrive. JK called us to let us know the time he was arriving was very polite and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed the issue with our system.
