NEVER HIRE THIS COMPANY
I have never written a review about a company on-line prior to this, but I am hoping my experiences will help others to never have the same issues as me. In early June 2021 I contacted Elite to have my dryer repaired. They were able to come fairly quickly (June 12th) to have a look at it. We were told that parts would need to be ordered and that it could take up to 5 weeks for them to come in. I decided to go the repair route versus buying a new dryer. It is now September 21 (14+ weeks later) and we are still waiting for parts. I have phoned both the company in Regina and the Head Office in Manitoba numerous times (August 23, Sept. 9, 16 – twice, and 20). The one time I did actually speak to someone in Manitoba he promised to look into the problem and either he or someone from Calgary would give me a call back in a couple of days. I have not received a call back despite leaving my name and number and a detailed message. Right now, I just want my money back so that I can go and by a new dryer.
The only good part of this is that I only paid 1/2 of the expenses

It has been a month that they “repaired” my Miele dishwasher, it broke down again after one cycle, and they don’t either repair or refund. They are recommending to buy a new one, but only after charging for the repair. Not reliable business. Greg never calls back, Harry never shows up. Don’t waste your time with this company. It is a typical repair trap.

The WORST service experience I have EVER had. I called Elite about a small glass washer repair at my restaurant behind my bar. They said they definitely deal with commercial repairs. A repairman came (Akmal) and said the unit needed a part (the machine is still young - 3 years old). Akmal cut a hose and pulled a part out and cut a host to do it...no issue as the replacement part was going to come. I spoke to a man named Greg who told me that a part would be ordered and would arrive - he would confirm pricing and delivery. I paid Akmal and he went on his way. A couple of days later, Greg spoke to me and told me the price of the part and rough time for expected delivery (roughly 1 week). He said he would contact me about part arrival when he receives shipping info. Fast forward 2+ weeks...I receive an email at 830am from Elite Sales that confirms an appt for THAT DAY at 930am with Akmal. No call, no additional emails, nothing. I am now assuming that the part arrived and somehow, no one called me to tell me this. Luckily, I am available and I run to my business and wait. No repairman. About 30 minutess in, I call Elite trying to find out where the repairman is. I explain that I received a confirmation email for this time and no other call. In the meantime, (while on the call) I also received a follow-up email from Elite asking how my COMPLETED appointment was. Huh? The rep on the phone said she'd check into the repairman's arrival (he's not scheduled this day) and will call me back. In the interim, I forward the email appt confirmation to Elite to show that I received this. Not too long after, I get a reply from someone (no name) that says 'We can't find parts for your unit sir we are very sorry for any inconvenience'. THAT'S IT. No name, no call, they took apart my machine, pulled out a part, cut a hose and kept me waiting for 2+ weeks. THANKS ELITE FOR WASTING MY TIME AND MONEY. Do the right thing and REFUND ME. Do not use this company. Their follow up is completely unprofessional.

Dishwasher was not draining drain pump replacement they came and install the drain pump. Very happy with the repair highly recommend

My fridge was leaking water on the new hard wood floors. The technician came out and found the drain in my fridge was plugged. He unplugged the drain and removed the ice. The fridge is working great again. Thanks to Greg from Elite appliance.
