Frustrating experiences with poor finishes

Hired them to create a basement entrance - overall frustrating experience with their communications and delayed responses, and sloppy work.
Took months to get started, ended up spilling the project to the following year.
Worse, the existing porch stairs obviously had to go but they missed this in the initial scope so we ended up having an additional SOW.
Then we kept seeing the rusts all over around the metal posts and on top of the painted stairs; they came back and did a touch-up - rusts came back again, and after multiple emails we gave up.
Overall, I have nothing against them as they seem nice as people, but poor project management and sloppy finish.
