Ed did a fantastic job of installing a number of closet doors, drywall repair and repairing/installing molding throughout the house.

The quality of work that EVM builder done is superb. Not only that he installed a brand new lock, evm also cleaned up and fixed a squeaking sliding door. I am happy and satisfied with the way my sliding door was done. I would recommend EVM to anybody.

Ed responded quickly to a request for quote on home improvement work required to prepare my home for listing. He started work the following day, allocating time to my needs while also accommodating other clients in the run up to Xmas. He replaced and finished damaged drywall, re-constructed a basement window installation done poorly by others, re-aligned and shimmed my back door to fix cold draft problems, laid vinyl planking in a basement bedroom and installed missing baseboards in two areas. I was impressed with his resourceful approach and work focus to manage his time and juggle commitments. He listened well and provided good suggestions. I will keep EVM on file and definitely call again.

Edgardo replaced the weather stripping on our front door and realigned the door to tighten the seal. The work was done in a timely and very professional manner.

Repaired a large hole in the stairwell, replaced the drywall and repainted the area - it looks fantastic you’d never know there was previously a large hole there.
Overall handyman, fixed a few other odd jobs around the house, such as rehung a door that didn’t close correctly, and fixed loose stairwell rods so now they no longer make noise.

I had a cracked door frame. It was not clear whether it could be repaired or had to be replaced. Eduardo said he could fix it. And he did! Not only that, he came back a few days later (at my request) to adjust the tension on the door hinges, at no charge. Eduardo is a very capable person, with an amazing smile and personality. He explained everything to me clearly. The whole exercise was a pleasant experience for me (including the fact that I didn't have to pay for a whole new door assembly, so I saved a few hundred dollars). I highly recommend him.
