Pest R Gone

I hired this company for mice problem inside the home and rats outside. Very quick to pick up both jobs initially. Next day service. Woohoo. He installed bait boxes. He returned to check them. Only 2 out of 11 boxes were nibbled. He keeps saying the mice are bait shy, give it time. Nonsense. Ive continued to call saying the mouse problem is getting worse. The woman says hes busy, hes out of town, hell call you back. Its been 3 weeks. No one is returning my calls. Now they wont answer the phone unless I call from a new number. I paid all money up front and was told id be serviced for 6 months after. Warning, dont pay all your money up front. This company takes money for easy Jobs then doesnt return. Ive spent over $1000. I hope you sleep well at night taking money from a single mom trying to make a better home for her children.

I was contacted promptly, and kept up to date Re arrival and had a very thorough discussion about the situation and how it was going to be handled .

We had a mouse infestation in our cold room in our basement, I called Pest R Gone and Fazee came by the next day. He was very thorough in his analysis and identified potential access areas that the mice were using. He set all the traps and the issue was resolved in 10 days.
I was also offered a 6-month warranty, we did notice some additional dropping almost 6 months later but Fazee was quick to honour his agreement, and came by the next day to replenish the traps. I would not hesitate to recommend Pest R Gone.

Fazee has been a pleasure to work with. He’s been flexible with our schedule, friendly and thorough . He’s come out to our property to follow up a handful of times, communicated the issue and provided advice on how to rectify the issue faster, i.e., filling in holes where potentially mice could come in from.

Timely and efficient it was clear that Fazee knew exactly what skilled and that took his job very seriously. He determined the proper course of action would be a heat treatment for our bedroom as well as our sons. Obviously feeling perturbed and unrested we let Fazee do what he clearly does best and WE COULDN'T BE HAPPIER. Not kidding that I was sceptical that everything would be eliminated and that we would be left entirely bed bug free but we were! He is so precise and committed and puts 150 percent into his job - which isn't easy. We are so grateful that we were able to get this sorted and that we were able to deal with such a standup human and company. Wow wow wow.
