Great Service! This was our first pest experience. We had discovered carpenter ants in our triplex and called City & Country for the first time. Horacio answered in the evening and was able to give us some direction on the best way to deal with this. We were in a bit of a rush as people were moving in within a few days. He was able to give us a quick appointment to treat the building and shared ways we could deter them from coming back. He did not try to sell us on anything additional, as a matter of fact he talked himself out of additional services that he believed weren't necessary and didn't want us to spend money we didn't have to. After the treatment, the ants are gone! It worked really well.
Horacio is a really nice guy, with old school customer service that you rarely find anymore. We would absolutely recommend him to anyone needing pest control services, you won't find anyone better!

They were very clear and helpful on the phone, prior to coming out. They came when they said they would. They were very through and found the problem and solved it. I highly recommend them. They are trustworthy and won't steer you wrong.

Highly recommend this company. Noticed what looked like saw dust on the back patio floor this morning. Looked up and noticed a round hole in one of the supporting beams for the patio roof - the culprit, carpenter bees. Horacio was super nice and able to fit me into his already busy day. He treated/sealed the hole and sprayed the rest of the beams. Stay away bees!

I heard scratching in my ceiling one morning and although I hadn't heard anything since, I didn't want to take the chance of having something taking shelter in my attic. After looking for a pest control company, Horacio was quick to respond and showed up the next day. Super friendly, professional and knowledgeable, and informed me of what was being done. He also pointed out a bird's nest in the soffit which I'll have them remove in a few weeks. Highly recommend City and Country Pest Control!

Jeff and Horatio were AWESOME to work with! They were very thorough and followed up to make sure everything was satisfactory. Would absolutely use them again and recommend them.

We had a wasp nest in our overhang. Horacio scheduled someone to address the issue within a couple days. Jeff arrived and completed the work in about an hour.
