Paid for the technician to come out he showed up 2 hours late and then said I needed a new pump. I asked if he would order it and he never called back. After calling the head office he called me and said he would be at my home at 2pm after taking time off work he never showed up and never called. Probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Finally called another company the technician diagnosed the problem over the telephone, sourced the part and came to my house on time and it was fixed in 20 minutes. Stay far away from this company all they want is your initial visit fee. They have no interest in solving your problme

They reimburse the visit if you fix the machine with them but is delusive because is very pricey the service

Technician was unprofessional and could not access the problem. In fact he told me to replace a part that I just replaced brand new. He then insisted it was the issue and then ended up damaging my fridge and stretched the O-Ring of my fridge water system. The next day my fridge was flooded and caused more issues. He also could not communicate and couldnt find the issue or any parts to correct. He was like ohh I dont know - I cant fix it. pay me the service fee.

DO NOT CALL THIS Company!

I paid for diagnostic, I was told the problem was the drain and to call a plumber, the plumber looked at the drain, it wasnt the problems when I called back they refused to come back to diagnose the problem unless I paid another $150! I asked why I should pay again when they were wrong the first time, they told me thats their policy and if I want to complain, I need ti email them.

Cancelled service within cancellation policy. Technican still showed up and now they want to charge me. They harassed me up to a week after cancellation. I would never recommend this company

the repair man came for only 5 minutes for the diagnosis and gave me a few possibility of what is wrong with the fridge and the cost that we should be prepared for the repair. When he came back for the second time, he told us that he is not authorized to do the repair job that he had promised to do. It is a horrible experience dealing with this company. After the repare man left, I tried to reach the company by phone, but was hung up.

Whoever is seeking for professional job repairing your appliance, do not, not use this appliance repair expert compnay.

I paid a technician $100 to perform a diagnostic on my oven's broken gas valve. He correctly diagnosed the problem and provided me a quote to repair for $616 pre-tax ($280 labour and $336.80 part). The cost of the part seemed excessive based on my own research and so I sought a second opinion. I ultimately chose the second company and paid only $355 pre-tax (labour similar at $260 but part was only $95). My oven now is back in working condition and I feel like I paid a fair price and did not overpay.
I would warn others to do their own research before engaging this company as it appears they either are not efficient at sourcing parts or the cost of parts are inflated.

Confirmed for repairman show between 1pm and 5pm. No show, no call. Company forces minimum 3hours cancelation time or $125 charge, but don't bother to call the customer if they don't show.

This company is a joke. We paid over $300 for somebody to come and fix our dishwasher - he did not fix it nor did he give me a price for the part that it supposedly needed. I have gone without my dishwasher working for nearly 2 weeks now. I have tried to contact the manager who has not gotten back to me. Overall they have been incredibly unprofessional, unresponsive, dishonest, incompetent, and their customer service on the phone is very rude. Not sure how they are allowed to be in business if this is how they conduct themselves. Do not contact them if you are in need of anything being repaired. You're better off watching a YouTube video and fixing it by yourself.
