I can not believe how Coast has totally left me hanging and not caring that my stove arrived with no racks nor accessories and they have not been responsive to provide an eta nor have they even called to provide an update. I feel they take your money and then slam the door in your face! Terrible. Terrible terrible company to deal with! They dont care. Stay clear from this company!

I am out $800 and still do not have a working refrigerator. Do not recommend this company. They would not refund or work on the cost spent so far. Very unhappy customer.

OverCharge by the technician even not fixing our washer. Technician has not enough knowledge. Changed drain pump with a new one and didn't even work. Trying to call the manager but there's no return call. Im talking to the receptionist but he hang up on me. Beware of this company.

Very disappointed with this company. They sent a repair "expert" to look at my leaking washing machine. The repair person arrived and said it would take too long to wait for the washing machine cycle to go through to see where the leak from coming from. So told me to take a video of the leak later and email it to the company (did not provide a specific contact for his email). He charged me $100 for doing nothing and I have called and emailed multiple times with no response. Horrible service and would not recommend anyone use this company.

Since my old refrigerator made a lot of sound, I understood that the maintenance was inevitable. Their tech did his job really well and fast. Thank you.

I am a very unhappy camper for the amount of money they charged to take a sock out from the washer. This was done in less than hour, no new parts replaced but they charged my daughter $271 which is totally unjustified. I have emailed Adam, Andrew, Alexander and no one will return my calls or emails. Very unprofessional. I would advice others to be careful using this company.

Our restaurant freezers needed repair, but we had no idea who to call. The Appliance Repair Expert was suggested by colleagues. The problem was solved, and we agreed to work together anytime we need assistance with our appliances. Worth every penny!

needs 6 hours to dry 2 bath towels, 2 hand towels and about 5 face towels?

After coming over to diagnose an issue the repair tech and manager have never returned my calls even after daily calls and escalations.
Please do not use their service or recommend them to anyone you know.

For help with my new dryer, I called this company. They were able to remove my old unit, set up the new one's electrical connection, and provide recommendations on where to put it. It was all very difficult for me, yet they only took about 60 minutes of my time. Thank you so much for your kind works.
