My pool collapsed and flooded my whole basement. Phil came with his team, gave us an estimate and a timeline. I never needed to pay more then the deductible and every timeline he had set was met. All the crews packed were efficient, friendly and organized. I felt like I could trust them and I was in good hands. Phil answered any and all questions I had. Every person that came to the house to do different things (floors, walls, paint) were amazing.

We had a collapsed sewer line in our basement. We were in contact with Shield a couple of hours after the plumbers confirmed what was going on. Shields staff arrived that same day and started the clean up process. Their workers were fast, reliable and courteous. The owner and the overseer of our case were fantastic at helping us navigate the process and claim with our insurance company. I don't even know where to begin!! Our home got flooded on July 16th 2024. Within 3 hours of calling the insurance company I had Steven from Shield on site putting my mind at ease and letting me know the detailed plan to get everything done. Within 2days after that demolition started. My whole project was completed within just over 2 months (new walls/ new floors/ new everything). The entire team was excellent in keeping me in the loop, working around my work from home schedule to make it as least impactful as possible. My neighbours are only getting their demolition done - weeks after the flood. All of the contractors that were vetted by them were extremely professional and efficient . A special shout out to Cameron who came by the house one day to follow up and assisted my elderly mum in her time of need. God bless him!. I would never want to experience a flood or other disaster to our home but rest assured if we ever do have to go through anything like this again I will be glad to know that I can count on Shield Restoration for their professionalism, sense of urgency and overall their empathy and understanding. Top notch company and I feel very lucky I had them in my corner this entire time. And... to top it all off I got a charcuterie board :). Thanks guys!!
